It was super nice to be able to actually ship fish back to your hometown in Canelones (Salinas) midway during the trip, which allowed for ample more collecting and space. That was a first for me and it obviously worked perfectly.

I found Uruguay to be safe, friendly and overall a great experience. It is a must visit for all hobbyists that want to get their feet wet and it was a privilege to collect and explore with someone who knows the local terrain like the back of his hand.
